Come join us Saturday, Apr 25th from 1-4 pm to make your very own fresh milled flour sourdough artisanal bread dough to take home and bake. This hands on class teaches you all the wonderful benefits of using nutrient rich flour (milled right in front of you) with healthy sourdough starter. Each participant mixes their own ingredients, and performs multiple stretch and fold techniques throughout the bread fermentation in a fun and casual learning environment. Sweet and savory snacks made with fresh milled flour are available for your palette to explore during this event, and two fresh milled flour cookbooks will be raffled to deepen your journey into healthier living.
